It checks speed (desktop and slow 4G mobile), mobile UX/UI and accessibility, translations (Lao, Thai, English: untranslated text, cut-off text, suspected wrong words, Thai letters in Lao), functions (forms, search, links, 404) and hosting. Paid plans add passive security checks, logged-in testing where the customer logs in themselves (passwords are never seen or stored), generated test cases with CSV export, and weekly audits on Business. APK checks cover Google Play target API level, 16 KB page alignment, permissions, signing, leaked keys and translations; the file is deleted after the check. Reports in English and Lao.
